After some Airbnb renters complained that they are being denied rentals by Airbnb hosts due to their race, Airbnb said it would take steps to eliminate racism from the website. But it didn't say what it would do, or when it would do it, Perhaps Airbnb's lack of quick action is due to the fact that the terms of its agreement with Airbnb users prohibit class action lawsuits in favor of mandatory arbitration that favors large corporations against plaintiffs
