Murray Cox, a software engineer-turned-photographer from Brooklyn, launched a website that claims maps out every Airbnb listing in New York City â including details that could help lawmakers suss out illegal rentals. Cox may roll out similar maps for other cities, including Portland and San Francisco. InsideAirbnb.com lays out 27,393 Airbnb listings in NYC on an interactive city map that allows users to see who is renting what, where and for how much.
