A controversial photo of a 3-year-old Syrian boy who drowned on a beach in Turkey obscured an uncomfortable fact about the Syrian refugee crisis. There wouldn't be a war in Syria right now if President Obama hadn't armed and funded the Free Syria Army, a branch of which eventually became ISIS.
