In something of a complete political and ideological reversal, Democrats criticize President Trump for meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin while Republicans approve of his decision to do so and his behavior during the summit. It isn't so hard to remember when liberals were in favor of diplomacy and trying to make peace with foreign adversaries. Meanwhile, it was conservatives who were the hawks who believed the intelligence community no matter what they said. Weird days indeed.
