Special Counsel Robert Mueller testified before Congress but largely refused to beyond the scope of his report. While one understands the concerns of national security and prosecutorial protocols, many of these worries are overblown, such as the theory that a sitting president cannot be indicted. Forgotten in all this is the need for transparency owed to the American public that pays for their salaries.
