It's hard to deny that climate change is escalating rapidly. Massive wildfires in California and Oregon are so big that they are causing haze in New York City. There's catastrophic flooding in China and Europe. Siberia has wildfires where permafrost used to be. And next week there's going to be a national "heat dome" that causes record high temperatures throughout the country. What will it take to get Americans to take environmental catastrophe seriously?
