"Joe the Plumber," a Republican voter who tried to stump Obama with a question about being taxed on earnings over $250K, actually earns nothing close to $250K. In fact, he hasn't paid his Ohio taxes. He's just another wannabe rich person--someone who doesn't want to be taxed on the off-chance that they someday become rich.
